Despite it's well–deserved reputation as one of the most sickly and sugary confectionaries around, people are still happy to cram their gobs full of fudge until their stomachs threaten to chuck it back up on the car journey home. Learn from your childhood –fudge is nice, and a couple of pieces are fun, but a whole quarter pound will have your teeth crying out in agony.
