Tucked away down Swinegate this could almost be the back streets of Shanghai; the whiff of opium and firecracker smoke in the air, the clatter of temple cymbals... well... no, not at all actually. Still it's a nice little restaurant if not a bit fast foody in its décor – wipe–clean table tops, disposable chopsticks –. They've got all the usual fare at 'cheap as noodles' prices and there are 12 different four course set lunches at £3.99. But be warned it can get very busy; generally with students shuffling towards the till, chequebooks in hand and poised to pay for their 'blow out'. Just kick them to one side.
