When I grow up I want to be a fireman. When I grow up I want to work in television. When I grow up I want to spend my evenings in a mediocre boozer surrounded by my equally middle–of–the–road countrymen. Run–of–the–mill pub with bog standard food, tiny TVs and average beer. When I grow up I want to be a half–decent pub with a lively atmosphere frequented by interesting folk. One can but dream.
